How long does shipping normally takes?

It depends on what you order. We ship door to door with UPS. Shipping a Base Package  takes about 4 working days.

Can the ProTee sensors be used outside?

No, ProTee is designed to be used indoor only.

Does your system and software work with Windows 10?

Why am I receiving error messages during installation?

Make sure you install the software as Administrator. Right click ProTee Golf Interface and select Run or Install as Administrator.

How can I get Remote Support?

If we are unable to help you via email, we will ask you to setup remote support.

Where can I find my ProTee Golf Interface License key?

Click on ENTER LICENSE KEY and email our helpdesk the 16 character machine id shown in that window.

Where can I find my TGC License key?

You need to register your copy of TGC here: http://thegolfclubsimulator.com/register/ We will send your license key within 24 hours after we received the registration.
